This bootcamp will consist of a 45 minute full body HIIT workout. HIIT is a high intensity interval training. This is a physical fitness program, designed by myself, that will include: strength and fitness training, interval training, booty workouts, weights, resistance bands, and tons of fun.
This bootcamp is designed for anyone who is willing to put in work, while burning fat, packing on some muscle, strength, and challenging yourself to your absolute limit.
The Berthalisette Bootcamp is designed to burn fat during the workout, but maintain burning that stubborn fat EVEN after the 45 minute session is over, as your metabolism is high.
I will be giving lots of pointers on nutrition, coaching, training, and how to stay accountable during your fitness journey, so that you can achieve those lasting, permanent results!
